About Me
I’m a tidy, easy-going professional. Social by nature, but rarely host gatherings. During the week, I work from the office 2-3 days and spend the rest working from a desk in my bedroom. Evenings are often spent at the gym, cooking nice meals and watching TV or sports, when they’re on.
At weekends, I’m usually out and about doing something at least 1 of the days and often stay out.
I take pride in keeping the house noticeably clean and tidy (but I’m not uptight about it). Currently, I do a full clean of the house every Friday.
I don’t have any consistent hobbies but enjoy trying new things and am open to anything.
While I’m compatible with smokers, there’s no smoking allowed indoors.
Additional Information
• The house is on the market, with the aim of completing the sale by 1st April 2025. I’ll be fair and flexible with arrangements during this time.
• I have several holidays booked, so there will be times when you’ll have the property to yourself.
• The most important thing for me is building a relationship of compatibility and trust with whoever moves in.
