Short term lodger, Double room in family home

I have a double room to rent in a clean, calm and friendly family home. I live with my daughter, cat and our puppy, who are very well behaved my daughter is very respectful. The double room is furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk. The room will be cleared and cleaned before moving in. Bills and internet are included in monthly. I am located in bedwell close to town center. We have parking outside the house. Any more information please contact myself.
