I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in my house in Merrick Close in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.

The rental price is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £760.00 per calendar month.

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband.

Broadband is available at the house.

The house is fully furnished. There is a kitchen diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.

I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

Both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV point in the bedroom.

On road parking is available.
