Hello, This is a first-floor bedsit with en-suite bathroom, toilet and kitchenette partially separated off from the room. Windows overlooking both the street and garden.

The kitchenette inside the bedsit-room includes under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, sink, microwave and kitchen units. The bedroom is super large and much bigger than what you can see on the video! It includes wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, and a settee. There is ample space for you to bring your own study desk too. This bedsit is located inside a shared house. You will also have access to the main kitchen with oven, hob and washing machine which is shared with 3 other housemates.

Rent includes all bills; council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license & broadband. Minimum one month rent and deposit to be paid in advance. Single occupancy only. (Sorry but no couples allowed.)

The house is located in the Chells area of Stevenage. It is less than 10 minutes’ drive to the Town Centre and train station. There is a small front garden and parking is available on the roadside at the front of the house on a first come first served basis.
