Double Room in house share with landlord

I have a nice double room with lovely view, Wardbrobe, Side board with drawers and cupboards, Tv,
Use of all amenities,
The house is kept very clean at all times, im a chill out guy but strict on no dramas, no to lots of noise, no late night guests, Def no hard drugs, Preferably single, working, proffesional.
Got to be fun, good sense of humour, very broadminded.
Its a familhy house as well and i often have my family over for dinner, your welcome to join in any of my activities if your face fits.
