Room with bathroom to rent near Stevenage station

Hey, our flat mate of over 3 years is sadly moving out soon so we are looking for a clean, friendly and respectful person to move in!

The flat is in a great location; it's around a 10 minute walk to Stevenage station (which has regular 20 minute trains to central London), a few minutes walk to Stevenage Old Town (which has lots of nice shops, pubs and restaurants) and about 1.5 miles to Lister hospital.

You'd rent a furnished double room with dedicated bathroom and there's free road parking and a decent fuel station and shop just outside the block. The flat is facing into a courtyard so is pretty quiet, gets sun all afternoon and is very warm all year round. There's also a nice balcony with chairs and space for plants. All bills are included in the price (gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax, service charge, TV licence).

We're 31/32yo professionals and won't be around very much at all, so you'll regularly have the whole flat to yourself. We're easy going, relaxed and friendly and have a range of interests so will have plenty to talk about when we are in. Couples are also accepted but this would be a little more expensive to cover the additional bills.
