Lovely double room available in friendly home. The room comes furnished with a bed, has loads of natural light, and shares a bathroom, kitchen, and spacious living/dining room. All bills are included (yes, even WiFi!).

The house itself has plenty of perks: two toilets (upstairs bathroom + handy downstairs toilet), a galley kitchen with a filtered water tap, a washing machine (in utilities room), fabulous water pressure, a garden to enjoy when the sun’s out, and parking available within the square.

Based in St. Nicholas, Stevenage - a great area with plenty of shops, a near by gym and parks within walking distance. The town centre and railway station are only a 7-minute drive away, and from there it’s just a 20-minute train ride into London.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 26-year-old professional female. I’m non-smoking, clean, bubbly, and good vibes all around (if I do say so myself). Looking for someone similar (preferably female, aged 20–37, student or professional) who’s sociable, respectful, and tidy.
