I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in my house in Merrick Close, in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.

Please note that the cost of rental is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £760.00 per calendar month.

The room is available to a professional, aged 25 years of age or above, who is a non smoker.

All bills are included in the rental price, including Council Tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license, broadband.

High speed broadband is available at the property.

The house has a large kitchen diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. My friendly team also fully maintain the house and private garden.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and chair. There is a TV point in the room.
