1 months rent is required to hold. Then extra 1 months rent before moving in. Rent is payable on the 1st of each month.

Downstairs. The kitchen contains two gas cookers and two sinks, there is a locking wall and floor cupboard for each resident along with half a fridge and a freezer shelf. In the communal room there is a TV with Virgin and WiFi internet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Each room has its own en-suite.

Rooms are newly carpeted and furnished.

Each room is hardwired for Freeview TV and 100MBS internet, which is inclusive.

Outside.
The front garden is a private patio garden which gets the sun in the afternoon with a drying line.

The back which is the main entrance is concrete and paved with a covered entrance area where smoking is permitted.

Tenant's already here are friendly, helpful and all get on well together.

We are not looking for someone who comes in and plays loud music or wants to party. This is a respectable house with tenants who respect each other and respect the house they live in.
