Description

A bright, comfortable double room is available in my clean and welcoming 2-bed home. I’m a live-in landlord with a friendly, well-behaved dog, and I’m looking for someone who will fit well into the household. Short-term, long-term, 5-day-a-week professionals or full-time renters are all considered.

The room has been recently painted and deep cleaned after the previous tenant, who was here for a year and moved back into London. The room us in excellent condition and ready for someone to settle in from Monday 8th December.

The Room includes:
- Double bed (no bedding)
- Wardrobe
- Armchair
- Small desk
- Mirror
- TV + TV stand

If there’s something you don’t need form the above, I’m happy to remove furnishings.

The Home:
- Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (also down stairs toilet)
- Large south facing garden – great for fresh air and outdoor space
- Bay parking available right outside
- High-speed WiFi
- Clean, relaxed and respectful environment

As mentioned above there is also a friendly furry tenant...which is my 5 year old English Bulldog - he is neutered, chipped, trained and enjoys sleeping most of the day. You won’t be expected to look after my dog, but you should be comfortable with him being around and occasionally keeping you company if you’re home while I’m at work. To note, he DOES NOT go upstairs.

Location:
- Ideal for GSK , MBDA , ASTRUIM & AIRBUS professionals,
- Close to Stevenage Station (via bus, taxi or 15-20min walk) – excellent fast links into London
- Walking distance to Stevenage Old Town, with its lovely cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops
- Quiet, friendly residential area

Who I’m Looking For:
It’s important to have a good fit in the home, so I’d like to meet anyone interested before agreeing to rent the room. Ideally a working professional.

- Short-term, long-term, Monday–Friday lets, and full-time options all welcome.
