1 room available in a 3-bed rented house. Only one room is available and down to your choice which you'd prefer. I will take the other room.

Both rooms have storage space built in. Two bathrooms, one upstairs w/shower over bath and one downstairs (toilet only). Shared use of living room and kitchen. Garden Available.

I’m looking for a considerate, easy going and tidy professional, ideally working full time.

I have two school age children here part time, so it’s important you’re comfortable with this. They’re well behaved and the house is quiet from around 8pm.

I work from home and keep to myself. I’m friendly and easy going. My interests include gaming and watching shows.
