Please note: There is no access to the main kitchen and no hob/cooking facilities. The room is therefore best suited to someone who is happy using a microwave for simple meals and does not require regular cooking facilities.

The property is located in SG1, Stevenage, convenient for Stevenage town centre, railway station, Lister Hospital and major local employers.

This is a quiet and comfortable home, and we are looking for a clean, considerate and respectful professional lodger.

Rent (all bills included):

Monday–Friday: £650 per month
Monday–Sunday: £750 per month

Longer-term lodgers are very welcome.
