En-suite spare room

Super lovely en-suite double bedroom available in Vista Tower, Stevenage, in a modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat.

The flat is in a really convenient location, close to Stevenage town centre and within easy reach of the train station, shops and local amenities.

Generally you’ll generally have plenty of space and privacy and, much of the time, the flat to yourself.

The room has its own private en-suite bathroom, and you’ll also have use of the shared kitchen and living area.

Rent is £650 per month, including council tax. Electricity and other household bills are separate and can vary depending on usage.

There are lifts in the building, although just to be completely transparent, they can occasionally be out of service. The flat isn’t far above ground level though, so it’s also easily accessible by the stairs.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who would treat the flat as their own home. I’d ideally like someone who is also comfortable with a slightly flexible arrangement.

** The room would be offered on a rolling basis with 4 weeks’ notice from either side, so I’m looking for someone who is happy with this rather than needing a guaranteed long-term tenancy **
