This is a spacious three bedroom house in the Chells area of Stevenage. Both my tenants love this house because it is so clean and tidy. Every person who has viewed has liked what they have seen, and the feedback tells me that I have one of the cleanest houses on the market.

The entire house was decorated 2 years ago, and parts were redecorated 6 months ago, so you can appreciate why I am saying that this is a non smoking house. The price of the rooms includes utility bills, and WIFI (60 meg Virgin broadband - speed was doubled from 30meg in October 2012).

The rear garden is about 55 foot long and has a patio area, large lawn, garden shed and rear access leading to the garage. You can park one car in front of the garage and another car next to it (in front of the garden gate)

Local shops and a pub are approximately half a mile away and include a Nisa supermarket, various takeaway outlets, chemist and a Tesco Express.

Just over a mile away is Sainsburys, a petrol station, a doctors surgery, a chemist and a dry cleaners.

A bus stop is about a 5 minute walk from the house and this gives access to the SB1 bus route, the best bus service in Stevenage. It's a 2. 5 mile walk to the main town centre.
