Large Room for Rent! Tidy & Clean Lodger Wanted!

I'm a 29yr old professional male looking for a male lodger who is very clean, tidy and respectful. You would be sharing the house with just myself as the live-in landlord and my girlfriend.

I can’t stand the house being in a mess, so you need to be someone who knows how to clean up after yourself and put things back the way you found them. As long as you are considerate and tidy up after yourself I’m a very easy going landlord. This is my home which is my pride and joy, and not student accommodation so if you want regular guests and parties then this isn’t the place for you.

The room for rent is a fully furnished double room in my 3 bedroom house in a great location close to Stevenage main/old town, train station and shops (All within walking distance). All the useful facilities such as high-speed wireless internet, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space are within the house.

A Monday to Friday lodger would suit best at the rent price of £320 per month, but I can be slightly flexible. From time to time if you needed to stay at weekends I would consider this but any extra nights would need to be discussed first and something to be agreed upon. The rent includes all bills in the price such as gas, electric, water, internet, council tax etc. The room comes furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, chair and bed. Viewing is highly recommended, as the picture makes the room look smaller than it actually is!
