New decorated by asda Close 2 station wifi/virgin

I have one room to rent. To start from 01/02/20. would suit perhaps locum for hospital or MBDA student or glaxo, I have a nice size private garden rear to the house., we love a nice easy atmosphere at home and i am very close infact walkable to Glaxo Smith Klein / British aerospace college/town centre, bus station and train station. The room is spacious with lots of storage. fully furnished. Wi-Fi and virgin included ,we're a happy house and will often socialise together at times.
Use of separate shower also and
bathroom, access to garden. Bills included..... meals not included but we offer to cook for all when making meals Will accept Monday to Friday tenants or full week
