Double bed and single bed available in 3 bed house

I currently have 2 rooms available for let. Short term lets welcome. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area and lounge. Utility room with washing machine. Front and back garden also with a shed which easily stores push bikes. 2 toilets 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. Parking also available if you have a car. Shops in local vicinity and the train station is Stevenage which is about 15 mins walk. Direct Trains to London Kingscross takes about 20 mins. Broadband available and some bills included in the rent.
I live on the premises in one room and work in London. References and a deposit will be required.
