One room with en-suite shower and mini kitchen. All bills included in the price except electricity, which you have your own meter. Broad band, Council Tax and TV included. Washing machine available.

Mini kitchen, cooker and fridge freezer included. All very clean and neat. You have your own garden which can be used as an entrance with parking at the back of the house.

No fixed time on the tenancy, I am the current tenant but am moving out. I have new furniture in the property, i. e, Leather type, L shaped sofa which converts into a large comfortable bed with storage under the seats, book shelve and wardrobe. If you want these items to stay then I will accept an offer of £300. If not other furniture is available from the landlord.

House had two other tenants who are very respectful and quiet.
