There are no administration fees. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance.

The house is located on the outskirts of Pin Green and Great Ashby. It is less than one minute walk to the bus stop and is less than a five minute drive in the car to the old town or the new town.

Parking is available on the drive, parking bays opposite the house and on the roads as there are no restrictions.
