There are 2 professional males & 1 female in the house. The double room (£480 pcm) is upstairs and the bathroom/toilet is shared with only one other tenant, me! The people living downstairs have their own shower/toilet. This makes the living environment much more hygienic and comfortable.

There is a large kitchen with an American style double fridge freezer with ample room & plenty of cupboard/dining space.

The house is kept very clean & tidy & everyone gets on with each other very well & so we would be looking for a likewise professional. Please note, that this is NOT a party house!
