Furnished double room to rent on the ground floor of a town house sharing with myself a 60yr old female. Situated in the old town with buses and train station in walking distance. Close to the high street where there is a number of restaurants, bars and shops. Walking distance to Lister hospital, MBDA and Airbus. Friendly family household and very clean property, shared kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor. All bills included. I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional tenant. Broadband and tv provided. Parking is a permit area so will need to be purchased from the local council. Garage has room for some storage if required. I’m looking for the right tenant to share my home with. I’m only renting out one bedroom. The other bedrooms are on the top floor so you’ll have privacy. I work full time in a local doctors surgery. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. My daughter and her family have been living with me for 18mths while they saved for their own home. They are moving out at the end of the month and then I will make the room ready.
