6 bed houseshare in Stevenage

Hello. I have 6 rooms to rent within a well presented house on the edge of Stevenage.

There are currently 6 large single rooms. All will have brand new oversized single beds. 1 of the rooms has an en-suite, but there all also 4 other shower/toilet rooms and one communal bathroom.

Unlike most properties on the market, my properties are NON-CLINICAL, that means they all have character and a homely feel as opposed to feeling like your just renting a room and walking on egg shells all the time. This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by me for rent as we will set-up a standing order each month.

Qualifying criteria to be eligible for room: - Must be in employment - Minimum age 23, although mature working professionals as young as 21 will be considered. - No children allowed to stay over at property - No Students sorry, however PhD and Masters students will be considered.

A deposit will be required as well as referencing and credit checks. This can take up to 2 days to complete.

The property is currently being decorated. Ive uploaded some previous property pictures and some of the communal areas as they currently stand. I will be making up each room to the standard shown.
