Quiet House with nice room

Double room to let in a 3 bed house close to the old town in stevenage within walking distance to the train station. I am looking for a single professional female who is looking for a quiet place to live a home from home. Someone who will treat the place well and be respectful of it even when i'm not here as I'm often not at home due to staying elsewhere. I have a cat who is no bother, very friendly so person must be ok with the cat.
If you are looking for somewhere which is restful then this is the place, if you are looking for a place which is loud and chaotic this is not the place.

I'm happy to give a choice of three double rooms varying in size which is reflective in the rent as all rooms are good as I have recently refurbished the entire property. The price reflects the fact that I am not always around therefore the person will have the house to themselves several nights a week. All bills are estimated at £100 per month. If you are interested then please call and come and see the place and see if it suits. I intend to sell my property by the summer/autumn therefore this rental is short term but a nice option for someone looking for a stop gap.
