Kitchen includes under counter fridge and freezer, table top hob/oven and microwave, kitchen units, sink and cupboards. Easily accessible washing machine in main kitchen of house.

Sleeping area has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. All furniture is new.

The house is located on the outskirts of Pin Green and Great Ashby and very close to Lister hospital. It is less than one minute walk to the bus stop and is less than a five minute drive in the car to the old town or the new town.

Parking is available on the drive, parking bays opposite the house and on the roads as there are no restrictions.
