The room now has a new IKEA double bed with mattress, IKEA two seater settee and the wardrobe & chest of drawers will be changed for IKEA items when the current tenants moves. There is also a bed side table & TV stand. This room is for one person only

Large new kitchen with two fridge freezers plus small freezer, washing machine, oven, hob & microwave. Dining area has a breakfast bar with five chairs.

Conservatory and gardens for communal use.

The house is located on the outskirts of Pin Green and Great Ashby. It is less than a minute walk to the bus stop and is less than a five minute drive in the car to the old town or the new town.

Parking is available on the drive, in parking bays opposite the house and on the roads as there are no parking restrictions.
