House in a pleasant quiet area of Stevenage Old Town, parking available. The room is a converted integral garage as an indicator of size and location in the house. The bathroom (& downstairs W/C) and well equipped kitchen, lounge and diner are communal.
There are two small (well trained) dogs and one person under 16 in the property so the house is clean but not spotless, quiet but not silent. The room would probably suit someone studying or working in the area looking for a family atmosphere for lodgings.
The train station, bus routes and High St are within easy walking distance.
