HOUSE:-
Nice, quiet, professionals in a friendly house share. Some of the rooms have Virgin cable or freeview cable points all are furnished and have Thermal BLACKOUT curtains. We have superfast UNLIMITED Broadband, and a cleaner that comes once a week.

BILLS & electricity Meters.
ALL communal household bills are included. There is an electric meter in your room for electric usage lights/power/heating etc within your room, so you only pay for what you use & don't get stung if someone else in the house is an electric wasting eco-terrorist! ;-) Average cost is from £10pm (depending on your usage, obviously.)

The housemates are looking for similar quiet respectful professionals to share with. People who know how to wash up, tidy up after themselves & can use a hoover as we want the house to stay as clean & tidy as it is now... That also means NO wild parties.

Prices quoted are for a standard 6 month single occupancy (this means only 1 person per room) contract paid monthly. Short let's (3-5 months) may be considered but rates will be 35% higher.
