The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet chest of drawers, as well as a double bed that has storage underneath.

In the house there is a large communal space, with a large seating area that has a table, 6 chairs, and 2 sofas.

There is a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and 5 burner gas hob, two fridge freezers, plus a dishwasher.

Outside there is a seating area, table and chairs as well as a shed that provides additional storage; there is also parking for 3 cars with lots of additional parking bays very close by.
The en-suite bathroom comes with wash basin, sink and toilet..

There is a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

The house ia well established and the current tenants are pleasant and friendly group of people, something that I would want to continue
