One person required to share spacious house with one other. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. Occasionally resident landlord but otherwise just the two of you.
The room contains double bed and mattress, bookshelf, desk, chair and huge fitted wardrobe with internal drawers. If you are a smoker that’s fine but there is no smoking in the house. You will have exclusive use of a bathroom/WC which is located across the landing. (The house has a bathroom/wc and a shower room/wc. You will be able to use the shower in the shower room but not the wc or basin - covid restrictions)
The house has 200Mb broadband (virgin) and a landline.
Kitchen has large fridge freezer. Separate utility room provides washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom/WC and separate shower room/WC which has just been refitted.
Parking is available on a double driveway.
15 minute walk to the Old Town, 20 minute walk to Lister Hospital, local shops five minute walk, bus stop for town centre 1 minute walk, or else 25 minute walk to town centre. There are two very good pubs each within a five minute walk. Five minute drive to A1.
Rent includes cost of a Cleaner. Gas and electric bills will be shared three ways so likely to be about £30-£35 a month each on top of rent with potential to reduce this if household are energy conscious.
