I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room (PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALTHOUGH THIS IS A DOUBLE ROOM, IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY) available to rent in my house in Merrick Close, in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.
All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband.
This room is available to a professional, aged 25 years of age or above, who is a non smoker.
High speed broadband is available at the property.
There is a large kitchen/diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils. I have a cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. Both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.
Parking is available.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV point in room. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it.
