This room is available to a professional, who is a non-smoker, aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, TV license.

High speed broadband is available at the property.

There is a large kitchen diner with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils. I have a cleaner who regularly cleans all the shared areas within the house, we also fully maintain each house and private garden.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk and chair, TV point.
