Double room to rent, inc bills, pet friendly

We are looking for a professional person to rent a room in our much loved house. We are located within walking distance to the Broadwater Tesco and other shops, 2m to Stevenage train station and 1.9m to Knebworth station, local bus stops walking distance. Street parking available, small garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer! The room is a furnished double, shared living room and kitchen diner, all bills included, including sky TV and broadband.

We have a 2 year old bouncy Labrador, you must love dogs to live here! We would consider tenants with pets on a case by case basis. We would expect you to be clean and tidy and not wasteful of energy etc. We are both quite easy going and would like you to be the same. We both work and would mostly be at home evenings and weekends.
