All bills are included in the monthly price as well as FREE WiFi and full use of the main bathroom, which includes an electric shower and a full length bathtub.

A 2 min walk to the local shops and bus stop.
A 10 minute bus ride to the town centre and train station.

I'm only looking for long term lodgers, so 6 months minimum.
