Hi everyone

My name is Dave, and as of the 6th of February my spare room will be available to rent, the room is fully furnished as you can see from the pictures and all bills are included I. e. gas, electric, virgin media, water and council tax. There is also a shared living room and your welcome to use my home gym providing you look after it.

A bit about me, I'm a very clean and tidy person and spend most of my spare time with my dog Finsbury. I have recently started weight training and cycling because I'm trying to get back in shape, anything else you wanna know about me or the flat please don't hesitate to ask.
