This en-suite room is only available on a short-term basis. 1 or 3 months.
This full en-suite double room has its very own garden access with retractable sun-shade on the terrace to give a choice for sunny or shady outside experience.
All bills inclusive in a four-bedroom end of terrace house. Access to room through your very own door if you wish, through the garden. The rent includes all bills, council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license & broadband. There are no administration fees. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance.
Parking on street and 1 parking space is off-street parking on the driveway but to be shared between housemates (The garage use is excluded from the rental)
The house is located on the southern side of Stevenage and is within 5 minutes drive of the A1. It is also only five minutes in the car to the town centre, train station and the old town. There is a bus stop with regular buses within a few minutes walk of the house and local shops are within 5 minutes walk.
The Room: BRAND NEW Small double bed with mattress, chest of drawers, hanging rail. New decoration, furniture & carpet. Door to back garden from room doubles as own front door and patio roll-out sun-roof. The en-suite bathroom has a contemporary toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. The room is on the smaller side.
Kitchen: There is a shared kitchen with kitchen cabinets, cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. We have an electric hob in the kitchen that was installed in November 2020. (Photo is inaccurate with old metal ring hob showing.)
