CAR FRIENDLY
Parking is plentiful. There are two private spaces at the rear of the house and an empty quite road to the front. The house is minutes away from exit 8 onto the A1M. The Oval shopping centre and Shell garage are nearby.

BILLS
The room rent includes all the usual bills Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband, TV licence for dining room and weekly cleaning of communal areas.

There is a one-off referencing charge of £50 and a £50 inventory exit fee at the end of the tenancy. Much lower than standard high street lettings agency costs.
