Home alone ....most of the time.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY OR 7 DAYS FULL TIME CONSIDERED! WILL BE MORE .... I have a two bed flat in a lovely quiet part of Stevenage called symonds green. I am away a lot of the time and therefore Monday to Thursday or Friday the place is empty so you would have it to yourself. I am looking to share my home with someone who will look after it in my absence. I am house proud so would want it kept tidy the way I have left it for when I return. . I ideally am looking for a Monday to Friday let, but would also consider 7 days but would charge more for this. Again if Monday to Friday I would be happy for a couple, but do not think a couple would work for a 7 day let. The property hast just had a total renovation, and is a really nice place to live. I don't want any party animals and definitely no smokers please...even if you do smoke only outside. If this description sounds like you please get in touch.
