The room is situated in a lovely 5 bed detached home which is in Chells Manor , Stevenage, benefitting from being close to countryside walks, yet having all the facilities that a large town has to offer. .
Good access to lister
hospital and Hertford area by car. no need to drive through the town which gets conjested . There is a bus stop one minute from the front door which will get you to the town centre every 10 mins. The entire property including an annexeconsists of two kitchens, , two bathrooms , 3 ensuites and 5 toilets, and two living rooms. so there is not much sharing, everyone gets their own loo plus spares left over ! Kitchens both have a washing machine . A large separate tumble dryer is available for all in the main house. There is a lovely secure south facing rear garden,. I also have this set up during the week where I live in leafy Greenstead green in Essex .
Water pressure is great to all the bathrooms /showers as the property benefits from a Mega flow system with the added benefit of lovely soft water via recently installed new water softer system which is much better for hair /skin and clothing.
I am looking for an easy going house mate who is clean and tidy , respect other people's space and who are non smokers.. If this sounds like you then please get in touch.
