Hello, This is Bedsit 1, at The Dell, Stevenage, a house with a total of 4 bedsits.

Bright, self contained refurbished bedsit with own separate entrance as an annex to the main three bed house. Has own kitchenette and own shower room with basin and toilet. Single occupancy only. Near the town centre.

The rent includes bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV License & very high speed business broadband at 350MG. There are no administration fees. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance (plus or minus any pro rata rent if you move in the middle of the month)

Kitchenette includes under counter fridge with freezer compartment, sink, table top hob, microwave (or a mobile grill-tbc) and kitchen units. There is also a shared kitchen in the main house with cooker/oven and washing machine you can access directly from your your bedsit so do not have to go outside to have access but still have your separate entrance door, as well you have direct access to the garden.

Sleeping area has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV aerial. There is space for your own sofa or table and chairs and patio doors that lead to the garden. (does NOT come with desk and chair)

The house is located in the Bedwell area of Stevenage. It is close to Fairlands Valley Park and only 10 minutes walk to the Town Centre and train station.

The back garden is laid to lawn with picnic area garden furniture . Ample parking is available free of charge on the roadside at the front of the house. Walking distance from swimming pool, train station, town centre and very easy access to nearby motorways.
