I am letting out my double bedroom in my flat. It's a very spacious double bedroom with brand new furniture/laminate flooring and newly painted.
The bathroom and kitchen will be shared.
I work in London and I am only around 1-2 evenings a week.
The flat is within 5 min walk to the old town centre and very close to the hospital.
Internet and all bills included.
The bedroom will be available for rent from Mid February.
The room is currently being rented to a nurse from the local hospital.
