- Our HMO license only alows one person per room.
- Our insurers only allow letting to Full-Time employed applicants or those with a provable net monthly income of 2.5 times monthly rent.

SHORTER TERMS - of 3-5 months may be considered and If authorised will incur a "short let premium" of 35% per month
