- All rooms are licensed for solo occupancy ONLY.

Private rooms* - means that there is no shared lounge or communal space other than the kitchen/shower room which you can see in the photos.

BILLS
-- All communal household bills are included in rent.
-- There is an electric meter in each room for the electricity consumed by you in your private room. This means we don't have to increase your rent if any of your housemates are power wasting planet killing eco-terrorists!

MONTHLY ELECTRICITY COST:
Sorry, we can not give you an estimate of monthly cost as it is paid by the tenant directly to the metering company, not to us. It could be anything from £10 upwards depending entirely on how much you use.

APPLICANTS
We're looking for decent, respectful, PROFESSIONAL housemates. Someone who knows how to wash up, tidies up after themselves straight away, can use a hoover and isn't a fan of wild parties/loud late nights.
