HMO LICENSE: Stevenage Borough Council sets limits on the number of people allowed in a house. The license here allows one person per room ONLY. Even in the largest of rooms, so no couples/freinds sharing rooms.

YOUR ROOM / Bills
All communal household bills are included. There is an electric meter in each room for just your personal electric usage within the room which you pay directly to the metering company. This way you only pay for what you use and don't get stung if someone else is an electric wasting eco-terrorist! Average cost could be from as little as £10pcm. (depending upon room size and your power usage obviously).
