ps. Repeated for those not reading the ad details... Sorry, our HMO license limits the number of people in a house so only allows one person per room even in the largest of rooms, so no couples.

YOUR ROOM / Bills
All communal household bills are included. There is an electric meter in each room for just your personal electric usage within the room which you pay directly to the metering company. This way you only pay for what you use and don't get stung if someone else is an electric wasting eco-terrorist! Average cost can be approx £10pcm. (depending upon room size and power usage obviously).
