Beautiful Large Double Room In the Oldtown

Hey!

There is a large double room available in Stevenage Old town, in close proximity to local shops, bars, restaurants etc (5 min walk) . This is a spacious room on the ground floor (converted living room), the room comes fully furnished and has two double wardrobes and a large chest of draws as well as two side draws (plenty of storage space). The room also comes with your own lock.

There are 4 other females living in the house; all very friendly! Enjoy socialising with one another but respect each others space. Two of the ladies travel a lot so are rarely actually in however. As well as a little Eoxtic shorthair house cat named Boo (very cuddly and cute). The house itself is spacious clean and well decorated (Due to be re-decorated in the next few weeks)

All bills are included, (inc council tax)

Preferences: Ideally looking for a female - due to previous experiences with lodgers/tenants I cannot stress enough that I am looking for somebody that is clean and tidy and respectful lol. Looking to do their part in the house work. I have lowered the price of room as it is more important to me that I get along with somebody and can have a decent chat and glass of wine with them- so please tell me a little bit about yourself if you are interested. Please note I also obviously require somebody who likes/loves cats as Boo is a house cat and must not be let out under any circumstances.
