The house is located in the Bedwell area of Stevenage. It is close to Fairlands Valley Park and only 10 minutes’ walk to the Town Centre shops and train station.

The large back garden is laid to lawn with a picnic table and benches to enjoy your lunch outside at summer. There is a small front garden. Ample parking is available on the roadside at the front of the house.
