Unusual one double bedroom detached house with garden.

The house has one double bedroom on the lower floor, an open plan kitchen and a shower room on the ground floor plus lounge on the 2nd floor.

The kitchen has a modern cream gloss finish with a selection of base and wall units. There is an electric oven and hob, chrome extractor fan, built in washing machine and fridge freezer. The worktop is mottled black and cream with a chrome sink and chrome mixer tap. The flooring is grey vinyl.

The shower room has a mottled effect wall tile with white shower cubicle, electric shower, white porcelain toilet, sink and chrome towel rail.

The double room has slate carpet and built in wardrobes and wall units. The lounge also has slate carpet and overlooks the kitchen from above. Wooden banisters line the stairs and balcony between lounge and kitchen. There is a skylight in the roof of the lounge and kitchen. All walls are painted white. Heating is electric. The front door and all windows are double glazed.

Outside there is a small lawn and patio area with a surrounding fence. Parking is on the road.
