I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor single room available to rent in my house in Merrick Close, in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, TV License.

The house is fully furnished, and both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.

High speed broadband is available at the house, parking is also available, either with an allocated space or on-road parking.

There is a large kitchen diner with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is also a TV point in the room.
