All communal household bills included in rent, each room has a meter just for the power used in your room. The average Eco-friendly tenant's summer cost could be as little as £10 per month (depending on usage obviously) as you only ever pay for what You use, even if your housemate is an energy wasting eco-terrorist! ;-)

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY
Our HMO license from the local authority does not allow us to accept couples, & pets are not allowed.

STUDENTS - Students with no evidence of sufficient monthly earnings will be required to pay the full term upfront.

SHORT LETS - will be considered and attract a premium of 30%. Minimum term considered is 3 months as we cater for long term accommodation & it's not fair to bounce random people in and out of someone's home. (That's what Airbnb is for and is priced accordingly)
