Professional Double Room

I have a lovely double room available to rent from end of February in Stotfold. I am looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy, can take shared responsibility of maintaining the shared spaces and enjoys some degree of socialising.

The house is in a lovely location, close to local amenities and around 2 miles from Arlesey train station. Off-road and on-street parking are both available. There is 1 shared bathroom and kitchen, the garden has been well-maintained and a nice space to sit outside in the good weather.

I have a 12 year old cat who is very docile and will be the most important resident of the house.

I work in the airline industry, so someone that understands shift work is a plus, someone working from home would probably not be suitable. From around February I shall only be living here a couple of days a week so you can enjoy the whole house to yourself.

All bills are included in the rent, this covers all council tax, gas/electric and broadband.
