No maximum/minimum contract. Just one months notice required.
The room comes with use of a private bathroom which has a bath/shower (I have an en-suite)
Bedroom has aerial point (you would have to bring your own tv), double bed, triple wardrobe and bedside table.
All bills included.
Private parking space to rear.
Plenty of storage space in loft, kitchen equipped with all white goods, lounge/diner with patio doors onto rear enclosed garden.
Decking area in garden and BBQ to be built next month. Large shed for storage if needed (plenty of room for push bike etc)
Sky plus tv with movies and unlimited internet available with wi-fi.
New build with lovely modern feel.
Vey relaxed household with professional worker! I work shifts (earlies and lates) 3 weekends on followed by 3 weekends off.
Occasionally have friends over but not a party household!!
No pets I'm afraid.
Monday to Friday let would be ideal and I would take this into consideration with the price.
